Meditation Classes in Golden

Cost: $10 per class (refreshments served). No preregistration is required.
Matters of Life and Death
We are alive, therefore we will die. This is a simple undeniable truth – but what do we know about death and dying - and have we really come to terms with it? This course will help us to become aware of our own and others' mortality in a way tha will enrich and transform our life without fear.
