Avalokiteshvara Buddhist Center in Denver ~ Meditation and Buddhism in Colorado

Meditation Retreats in Colorado

Whether we are seeking simple relaxation or greater peace of mind, meditation retreats at Avalokiteshvara Buddhist Center provide a wonderful opportunity to take a break from our hectic lives.

On retreat, we stop our usual routines and activities and learn how to develop peaceful, spacious minds through meditation. Many people find they gain a fresh perspective on life and that the meditations they learn have lasting benefits.

At various times throughout the year, we engage in concentrated retreats on the Four Great Preliminary Guides. The retreats consist of four sessions each day. These retreats are most appropriate for students with some experience. If you are interested in attending any sessions, please contact the center for details.

There are generally four sessions a day: 7am, 10am, 4pm, 7pm

Cost: $3 per session or $9 per day
