Our daily lives seem to be filled with so much stress and anxiety. We experience very little peace of mind and so we find it very difficult to be happy.
Through these simple meditation practices, we can learn to develop inner peace. If our mind is peaceful we will be free from worries and mental discomfort - so we will experience true happiness and relaxation. We will experience a calm and spacious feeling in the mind and many of our problems will fall away - give yourself the equivalent of a weeks vacation in one hour!
